The Resident Evil 2 and Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds collaborations for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne are both releasing this month, giving players a whole of content to try out and rewards to collect. The RE2 event begun last Friday, November 8, 2019, while the HZD: The Frozen Wilds event will start on November 22, 2019.
During the RE2 event, which runs until December 5, 2019, hunters have to take down the Blackveil Vaal Hazak to collect S.T.A.R.S. Badges, which they can then trade in for the “Leon ?+” and “Claire ?+” full armor sets. Here are the details of the event quest:

Hunters can also unlock two unique gestures during the event, namely the Zombify and Zombie Bite – and three pendants – R.P.D., Umbrella, and The Tofu Survivor – to collect during the event as well as a whole lot of room decor and guild card content.

On the other hand, HZD: The Frozen Wilds event, which lasts until January 9, 2020, will allow hunters to obtain the “Stormslinger Prototype” light bowgun and the “Focus” pendant by collecting Banuk Warrior Symbols by hunting Zinogres. Here are the details of the event quest:

Additionally, from November 8 to December 5, 2019, hunters can also obtain the “Wiggler Set ?+” Palico equipment as well as the “Black Eagle” charge blade, both of which were winners of the recently concluded Weapon and Palico equipment design contests. The weapon can be obtained through their respective event quests.
