Kingston HyperX Releases FURY Line of Gaming and Enthusiast Memory

Kingston HyperX has announced the launch of their new HyperX FURY memory specifically designed for entry-level gamers and enthusiasts.

The HyperX FURY memory modules feature automatic overclocking and an asymmetric heatspreader design. The memory modules automatically overclock to the current system’s allowable speed limit without the need to manually tinker with the system BIOS. The heat spreader comes in four different colors – Blue, Black, Red, and White. The PCB of the modules themselves are colored black for easier system color matching.

“We are excited to offer our newest addition to the HyperX DRAM family for entry-level enthusiasts who want to maximize their gaming and user experience,” said Ann Bai, DRAM Sales Director, APAC Region, Kingston. “This is a great product for someone looking to upgrade their gaming system at an affordable price.”

The HyperX FURY line is available in 4GB and 8GB single modules as well as 8GB and 16GB kits of two. They’re also available in 1333MHz, 1600MHz, and 1866MHz frequencies. They are backed by Kingston’s lifetime warranty. Information on local availability and pricing weren’t detailed but we’ve contacted Kingston and will update this post if and when they reply.

Kingston also announced a FURY version of their HyperX SSDs but did not give any further details.
