PLDT and Smart have opened their first unified store in Quezon City at the Ayala Malls Vertis North. This the fifth store the companies have opened, with the first located at BGC in Taguig City.
The new location is a “one-stop experiential and digital lifestyle store” for customers of both PLDT and Smart. It features a self-service InfoTouch Booth that allows customers to view and print billing summaries, check account details and submit repair requests, among others. There’s also a Super Smart Kiosk where customers can pay their bills or request a change of SIM card without having to join the regular queue.
The PLDT-Smart store also has a Broadband Visualizer, which allows customers to check data usage for different types of online activities as well as estimate download and upload times, and an Interactive Table for those who would like to browse, play, watch, or listen to content while waiting at the store.
“We’ve received great feedback from our first PLDT-Smart store in BGC, and we would like to replicate that experience for our customers in the metro north area,” PLDT’s Chief Revenue Officer Al Panlilo said. “Quezon City has always been a key market for us, and we look forward to serving our customers better through our industry-leading digital solutions and support services.”
The new PLDT-Smart unified store is now open and located on the 4th floor of Ayala Malls Vertis North, Quezon City.
