PLDT Home has officially opened two new concept stores in two major malls in Metro Manila – SM Megamall and SM North EDSA – giving people in the nearby areas access to standard customer transactions as well as the opportunity to try out and experience the company’s suite of services.
Aside from being able to service new line applications, bills payment, and more, the concept store features customer service hubs that are equipped with interactive displays and experiences including a Broadband Visualizer, which simulates the broadband experience and data usage per plan, an augmented reality display called a ‘Swag Wall’, where both customers and passers by can take selfies with different effects and backgrounds.
Customers and visitors may also avail of the free video chat service inside the concept stores as well as experience first-hand the company’s suite of broadband services including PLDT Home Fibr, DSL and Ultera through via the interactive screens where they can enjoy high-speed browsing, video streaming, gaming, and social media surfing.
“As we continue with nationwide ‘Fibrization’ to give more Filipinos access to world-class broadband and digital content, we are also hard at work in continuously giving our customers the best digital experiences outside the home,” PLDT FVP for Consumer Business Market Development Oscar A. Reyes, Jr. said. “Our vision is to transform our service centers into concept stores, and bring this unique experience to as many subscribers as possible.”
The new concept store in SM Megamall is located at the fourth floor Cyberzone in Building B while the SM North EDSA store is at the third floor of the annex building.
