Once you’ve bought any of the participating Rapoo peripherals, here’s how you can register your purchase and spin the Wheel of SurPrize:
- Visit www.rapoopromo.com to access the game.
- Fill in the required information, including full name, contact number, email address, store name (if applicable), and more.
- Provide proof of purchase and upload a photo of the item along with necessary attachments.
- Spin the Wheel of SurPrize.
- Choose your preferred e-wallet – GCash, Maya Wallet, Grab Wallet, ShopeePay, or Lazada Wallet – to claim your prize.
Winners will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 business days upon submission and can expect their e-wallet prize to arrive via email notification within 3 to 7 business days. Winners will have sixty (60) days from the date of notification to claim their prize.
