The ASUS Zenfone 5Z is finally open for pre-orders from June 4 to June 17, 2018, according to an announcement by the company. The Zenfone 5Z was originally launched a couple of months ago along with its siblings, the Zenfone 5 and Zenfone 5Q, and is the company’s latest flagship smartphone.
Those interested in pre-ordering have to fill up an online reservation form and settle a non-refundable reservation fee of PHP3,000.00 per Zenfone 5Z unit they pre-order. Customers can pre-order up to five (5) Zenfone 5Z units. The reservation fee will be deducated from the total SRP of PHP29,995.00 per unit. After filling up the online reservation form, customers will need to print the confirmation e-mail then proceed to participating ASUS or Zenfone Concept Stores or ASUS Kiosks to pay the reservation fee. They will then receive a collection receipt which they’ll need to present, along with a valid ID, to claim their pre-ordered handsets starting when they release on June 18, 2018.
Once the Zenfone 5Z is released, those pre-ordered can pay the balance in full when paying in cash or they can opt to pay via credit card and avail of up to 6 months payment at 0% interest. Those with validated home credit transactions can also avail of up to 12 months payment at 0% interest. As previously mentioned, the PHP3,000.00 reservation fee is non-refundable but may be used to purchase other Zenfone smartphones or accessories at the ASUS or Zenfone Concept Store or ASUS Kiosk they registered at if they cancel the reservation before June 18, 2018.
Those who pre-order the Zenfone 5Z will also receive a number of freebies including a JBL T450 headset, an ASUS ZenPower Slim 3000 power bank, and an ASUS Zenfone 5Z clear case.
The ASUS Zenfone 5Z is the company’s latest flagship smartphone. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, 6GB of RAM, and comes with 128GB of internal storage. IT features a 6.2-inch full HD+ Super IPS+ display, a 12-megapixel rear camera, an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a 3300mAh battery.
