ASUS Announces Lineup of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 Series Graphics Cards

ASUS has announced its own lineup of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series graphics cards, which include models under its ROG Strix, TUF Gaming, and ASUS Dual product lines. The new GeForce RTX 30 series was just recently unveiled by NVIDIA during its recent online launch event wherein they announced the new RTX 3080, RTX 3070, and RTX 3090 GPUs.

ASUS has announced six GeForce RTX 30 series graphics card models, including the ROG Strix RTX 3090, ROG Strix RTX 3080, ROG Strix RTX 3070, TUF Gaming RTX 3090, TUF Gaming RTX 3080, and ASUS Dual RTX 3070.

All three of the new ROG Strix RTX 30 models feature a similar design that’s quite different from previous generations, featuring a more subdued two-tone design. The new cards feature a a triple Axial-tech fan setup that consists of one 13-blade central fan and two 11-blade fans beside it. Under the fan setup is a large heatsink that makes full use of the card’s 2.9-slot fingerprint. Like previous ROG Strix cards, the new models also feature the company’s Super Alloy Power II components and FanConnect II headers.

Along with the announcement of the company’s new GeForce RTX 30 series graphics cards, ASUS also unveiled the new logo of its TUF Gaming product line that will be featured in the new RTX 30 graphics cards under the brand. The TUF Gaming RTX 30 models also feature a more subdued design that their previous-generation counterparts and will also feature new all-metal shrouds that house three axial-tech fans equipped with dual ball fan bearings.

Lastly, the new ASUS Dual RTX 3070 features a boxier and sleeker design and, unlike the ASUS Dual RTX 20 series cards, comes with a larger shroud that covers most of the card’s heatsink. The new card also features two axial-tech fans as well as the company’s Auto-Extreme technology.

The new ASUS ROG Strix, TUF Gaming, and ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 30 series graphics cards will be available worldwide sometime this month. No details on local pricing and availability have been announced at the moment.
