Sony has made an unboxing video for the Playstation 4 but unlike the usual unboxing videos you see on YouTube they’ve made this one a bit more Daft Punk-ey by parodying the Random Access Memories unboxing video.
The video features the North American bundle of the Playstation 4 which comes with the 500GB PS4 console, quick start guide, DualShock 4 controller, HDMI cable, AC power cord, mono headset and USB cable. The bundle also comes with a $10 PlayStation Store voucher, a 30-day trial for PlayStation Plus, and a trial for Sony’s “Music Unlimited” streaming service.
The video ends with all the contents of the box sprawled on the table and Sony’s very own Shuhei Yoshida saying, “Greatness awaits”.
The Playstation 4 will launch in North America on November 15. Asian launch dates differ per country but the Playstation 4 will be launching in Hong Kong on December 17.
