Xbox recently held its latest Developer_Direct show where it showcased five new titles that are coming to Xbox, PC, and/or cloud in 2024, including Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Avowed, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, Ara: History Untold, and Visions of Mana.
Avowed
Avowed, from The Outer Worlds developer Obsidian Entertainment, has received a release window of Fall 2024 for the Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Cloud. It will also be available on Game Pass on day one of its release.
Obsidian released an extended deep dive into Avowed‘s gameplay, showing off the game’s visuals, combat, systems, and more.
Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II
The release date of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II has been set for May 21, 2024, on Xbox Series X/S, PC, cloud, and Game Pass. Developer Ninja Theory also gave us a glimpse into what’s been going on behind the scenes with the development of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II. With its release date only a few months away, the game is now in its final stages of development and is already available to wishlist on Steam and pre-install on Xbox Game Pass.
Visions of Mana
The first new mainline entry in the Mana series in 15 years is coming exclusively to Xbox and PC. Visions of Mana from Square Enix will be released sometime in the Summer of 2024. Series producer Masaru Ovamada gave fans a sneak peek into the new JRPG, which included a glimpse of its gameplay as well as some behind-the-scenes footage.
Ara: History Untold
Ashes of Singularity developer Oxide Games debuted an all-new look at gameplay and features of its upcoming historical grand strategy game, Ara: History Untold. The new title will be coming to PC and PC Game Pass sometimes in Fall 2024 and is already available to wishlist on Steam.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
Lastly, Xbox unveiled the first look at Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, a new action-adventure game based on the popular franchise, with over 13 minutes of gameplay footage and developer insights. The new title is being made by MachineGames, the developers behind Wolfenstein: The New Order and Wolfenstein: The New Colossus, in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games and executive procused by Bethesda Games Studios’ Todd Howard. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is scheduled for release sometime in 2024 for the Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Game Pass.
