TeamGroup Announces ASUS TUF Gaming Alliance Co-Branded T-Force M.2 PCIe and 2.5-Inch RGB SSD

TeamGroup has announced two new ASUS TUF Gaming Alliance co-branded SSDs, with the T-Force Cardea II TUF Gaming Alliance M.2 SSD and the T-Force Delta TUF Gaming Alliance RGB SSD (5V). The company previously partnered with ASUS for the co-branded T-Force Delta S TUF Gaming Alliance RGB SSD (12V).

Both the new T-Force Cardea II TUF Gaming Alliance M.2 SSD and the T-Force Delta TUF Gaming Alliance RGB SSD (5V) feature the TUF Gaming  camouflage logo and pattern while the latter is compatible with ASUS’s Aura Sync motherboard lighting control software.

The T-Force Cardea II TUF Gaming Alliance Solid State Drive is the first M.2 PCIe SSD in the TUF Gaming Alliance. It features a finned heatsink, a PCIe Gen3x4 interface, and the NVMe 1.3 protocol. According to TeamGroup, the T-Force Cardea II TUF Gaming Alliance is rated for a sequential read and write speed of up to 3,400 MB/s and 3,000 MB/s, respectively, as well as a random read/write speed of up to 180K/160K IOPS. Other features of the drive include a built-in smart algorithm that manages the garbage collection function, wear-leveling technology, and ECC (error correction code) function.

As for the T-Force Delta TUF Gaming Alliance RGB SSD (5V), it features a 5V ADD header as well as SATA II 6Gbps interface and 3D NAND flash memory chips. It is rated for read and write speeds of up to 560 MB/s and 510 MB/s, respectively.

The T-Force Cardea II TUF Gaming Alliance M.2 PCIe SSD is available in 512GB and 1TB capacities and is priced at USD 85 and USD 145, respectively, while the DELTA TUF Gaming Alliance RGB SSD (5V) is available in 500GB and 1TB capacities and is priced at USD 80 and USD 120, respectively.
