Steam Launches Japan Golden Week Sale, Up to 75% Off on Japanese Games

Steam has just launched the Golden Week Sale in celebration of the Japanese holiday of the same name. The event puts dozens of games from Japanese publishers and developers on sale for up to 75% off.

Golden Week in Japan usually occurs around the last week of April and first week of May. It is a collection of individual holidays happening in close succession, which usually leads to a whole week of holidays.

There’s a ton of games to choose from in the sale but we’ve listed some of the bigger games that have been included:

  • Nier: Automata Game of the YoRHa Edition – PHP 1,649.25 (25% off from PHP 2,100)
  • Dark Souls III – PHP 525 (75% off from PHP 2,100)
  • Resident Evil 2 Remake – PHP 1,055.34 (35% off from PHP 1,500)
  • Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition – PHP 1,349.50 (50% off from PHP 2,600)
  • Disgaea 5 Complete – PHP 622.45 (25% off from PHP 820.05)
