In a very long FAQ posted on the Playstation Blog, Sony has confirmed the complete list of titles that will be available when the Playstation 4 launches in 2 weeks. The list includes first-party exclusives, third-party/multi-platform games, and indie titles.
Sony has said that the list is still subject to change so expect the number of launch games to increase in the next couple of weeks.

Third-party Games:
