SD Gundam Battle Alliance has been announced by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The new action RPG featuring SD (Super Deformed) versions of mobile suits from the Gundam franchise will be released on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC sometime in 2022.
SD Gundam Battle Alliance will take players to another world, called the G: Universe, where the franchise’s stories have become twisted and distorted because of a strange phenomena known as Breaks. Players will be able to form a 3-unit squadron consisting of mobile suits and pilots from across the history of Gundam to correct and restore the world. Players will be able to go through the story solo or team up with up to two other players.
