Grounded 2, the survival action-adventure game from Obsidian Entertainment and Eidos-Montréal, is now available via Xbox Game Preview and Steam Early Access. It also supports Xbox Play Anywhere and cross-saves, allowing you to play across Xbox consoles, Xbox PC, and via cloud gaming.
The sequel to 2020’s Grounded features the return of the original’s four main characters – Max, Willow, Pete, and Hoops – as well as a brand-new setting – Brookhollow Park. Players must explore and survive by gathering resources, crafting weapons and armor, and constructing shelters, all while dealing with aggressive creatures and environmental hazards. Grounded 2 also introduces the new Buggy feature, allowing players to ride insects and use them for both exploration and combat.
The game’s suite accessibility features have also been highlighted, including an Arachnophobia Safe Mode, colorblind options, Read to Me narration, and more.
A The Minotaurs, Myrmidons, and Mants: Oh My Founder’s Edition of the game has also been announced, which includes the base game, four premium skins with custom emotes: the Minotaur, Myrmidon, Rogue, and Mant, the ONYX-PRO, Inside the Game: Grounded 2 artbook and soundtrack, and more. The Founder’s Edition is available as a bundle or as an upgrade to the standard or Game Pass edition.
Grounded 2 is now available on Xbox Series X/S and PC via Xbox Game Preview and Steam Early Access, respectively.
