Lenovo Legion, the dedicated gaming brand of one of the biggest PC companies in the world, has signed an exclusive partnership with the Apex Legends Global Series, the official esports program of the highly popular battle royale shooter Apex Legends.
With the partnership, Lenovo Legion will be providing over 200 high-performance desktops and monitors for all Apex Legends Global Series Majors including the Apex Legends Global Series Championship. Lenovo Legion will also be providing laptops for the caster desks.
Competitors at the Apex Legends Global Series Majors will be playing on Lenovo Legion T730 towers that feature an Intel Core i7-9700K processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super GPUs which will be paired with Lenovo Legion Y25 144Hz refresh rate monitors. The laptops that Lenovo Legion will be providing for the caster desks have yet to be announced.
A total of four majors, including the Apex Legends Global Series Championship, will be held during the program’s inaugural season. The first major will be held on March 13-15, 2020, in Arlington, Texas.
