Kingston Technology has once again topped the list of third-party DRAM module suppliers in the world in 2022, according to the latest report by analyst firm TrendForce.
According to the TrendForce’s latest rankings by revenue report, Kingston has retained its top position with an estimated 78.12% market share on $13.5B (USD) revenue. The report states that in spite of a decline in DRAM module sales across the industry in 2022 by 4.6% YoY and a slight decrease in revenue by Kingston, it was able to hold its position as the global leader for the 20th consecutive year.
TrendForce also reported that the world’s top five memory module houses accounted for 90% of total sales in 2022, with Kingston maintaining its dominant 78.12% market share.
