ASUS Launches Z170 Series Gaming Motherboards

ASUS has officially launched its new series of motherboards in the Philippines which features Intel’s latest Z170 chipset for their 6th generation Intel Core processors. The new motherboards include models for its high-end ROG series, mid-range Pro Gaming series, and their feature-rich Signature and TUF series.

The Z170 series motherboards that ASUS will be bringing over to the Philippines include high-performance boards such as the ROG Maximus VIII Hero, the Sabertooth Z170 Mark 1, the Z170-Deluxe, the Z170 Pro Gaming, the Z170I Pro Gaming, the Z170-A, and the Z170-P D3.

ASUS’s new Z170 motherboards feature the company’s Pro Clock overclocking technology and TurboV Processing Unit making it easier and safer to overlock Intel’s 6th generation processors. They also come with ASUS’s T-Topology technology for overclocking DDR4 and DDR3 memory. Lastly, the ASUS-exclusive 5-Way Optimization feature dynamically and automatically optimizes the system for its current activity.

The new motherboards also feature on-board USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-A and Type-C connectors, the world’s first 100W UPD front panel with two USB 3.1 Type-C ports, support for PCI Express and M.2 NVM Express SSDs, Gamer’s Guardian components, and LANGuard which provides overvoltage protection, precise digital power, overcurrent protection and a stainless-steel back I/O to ensure quality, durability, and all-round protection.
