ASUS Philippines has launched the ASUS Gaming V16 (V3607) and ASUS Gaming X16 (K3605) in the Philippines, its latest entry to the budget gaming laptop market.

ASUS Gaming V16 and X16
The new ASUS Gaming V16 and X16 laptops are powered by up to an Intel Core 5 processor (Series 2) and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 with DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation. These come with up to 16GB DDR5 RAM and 512GB storage.
They are equipped with 16-inch 16:10 FHD IPS displays at 144Hz with an 89% screen-to-body ratio. Moreover, it is paired with Dirac audio technology and ASUS Audio Booster for rich, high-quality sound. This is coupled with AI noise-cancellation and 3DNR technologies to enhance both voice and video conferencing or for gaming sessions.
Both laptops have a 40% touchpads and ASUS ErgoSense keyboard. The design has a Turbo Blue keyboard backlight and a neon-highlighted WASD and arrow keys.

The X16 model also comes with an SD Card Reader.
The ASUS Gaming V16 and X16 have a 63Wh battery with ASUS IceCool Thermal Technology with dual fan and heat pipes. Additionally, they have a MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability.
Pricing and Availability
The ASUS Gaming V16 comes in a Matte Black chassis, while the X16 is available in an Indie Black chassis. These are priced at:

The RTX 30 and 40 GPU models are now available in the Philippines via ASUS and ROG stores and authorized partners with each purchase comes an ASUS backpack. Additionally, it comes with a 2-year International Warranty, a 1-year Accidental Damage Protection, and a 3-month PC Game Pass. The RTX 5060 model, on the other hand, will follow in June.
ASUS also announced its partnership with Genshin Impact. Purchases of an eligible ASUS Gaming laptop from ASUS and ROG Exclusive stores will enjoy official Genshin Impact Mousepads from May 6 to June 15, 2025.
