ASUS Announces New Monitors and Projectors at “Create the Uncreated” Event

ASUS unveiled its new lineup of monitors and projectors for different users from business professionals, creative professionals, gamers, and casual users. The new range includes the ZenScreen OLED MQ13AH and MQ16AH portable monitors, the ProArt Display PA147CDV, ProArt Display PA32UCR, ProArt Display OLED PA32DC, ProArt Projector A1, ZenBeam E2 Portable LED Projector, TUF Gaming VG30VQL1A, and the ASUS BE27ACSBK.

ZenScreen OLED MQ13AH and MQ16AH Portable Monitors

The new ASUS ZenScreen OLED MQ13AH is the company’s first 13-inch OLED portable monitor  It features a Full HD (1920 x 1080) OLED panel with a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and Delta E < 2 color difference, 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, and HDR technology. The MQ13AH also features a profile of just 5mm, weighs only 500 grams, and is equipped with several I/O ports on both sides of the device including a mini HDMI port and three USB Type-C ports. Both the ZenScreen OLED MQ13AH and its larger 15.6-inch version, the MQ16AH, are both equipped with a tripod socket for mounting and come with a Smart Case that folds into a stand for the display.

ProArt Display PA147CDV

The ASUS ProArt Display PA147CDV is another portable monitor for creative professional on the go. It features a 14-inch 1920 x 550 IPS panel with a 32:9 aspect ratio as well as 10-point touch and MPP 2.0 support. It also supports 100% sRGB and 100% Rec. 709 color spaces and Delta E < 2 accuracy with Calman verification. The PA147CDV can be connected to a laptop for a dual-screen setup or the mechanical dual kickstand can allows users to prop the display up in either portrait or landscape orientations.

ProArt Display PA32UCR

The ASUS ProArt Display PA32UCR is a 32-inch 4K mini LED backlit monitor that features 10-bit color and quantum-dot technology that provides 99% Adobe RGB and > 95% DCI-P3 color spaces as well as Delta E < 1 color difference and multiple HDR formats, such as HDR10 and HLG. It is also equipped with hardware calibration as well as ProArt Preset and ProArt Palette features for easy management of color consistency, brightness, temperature, and more.

ProArt Display OLED PA32DC

The ASUS ProArt Display OLED PA32DC is the company’s first OLED monitor with built-in automatic hardware calibration. It is a 31.5-inch 4K (3840 x 2160) HDR monitor that is equipped with a pure RGB stripe OLED panel. It features a 0.1ms response time, true 10-bit color, covers 99% of the DCI-P3 color space, and has a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1. The built-in colorimeter can be scheduled to check and alert users for any shifts in the display’s color and can also be used for SDR and HDR calibration with the bundled ProArt 2.0 calbiration software as well as in conjunction with Calman and Light Illusion ColourSpace CMS.

ProArt Projector A1

The ASUS ProArt Projector A1 is the company’s first Calman Verified professional projector. It is factory pre-calibrated for Delta E < 2 color accuracy and is capable of delivering 98% sRGB and 98% Rec. 709 color spaces, with each unit coming with its own calibration test report for verification. The light source of the ProArt Projector A1 has a rated 30,000-hour lifespan and an output of 3000 ANSI lumens. It also features four-corner and 2D keystone a correction as well as 1.2X zoom and support for both ASUS ProArt Preset and ProArt Palette.

ZenBeam E2

The ASUS ZenBeam E2 is the company’s latest portable LED projector. The compact device is powered by a 300-LED-lumens light source and is able to project a 100-inch WVGA (854 x 480) image from a distance of 2.5 meters. It comes with an integrated G-sensor that allows users to switch between portrait and landscape modes easily. The Auto Portrait mode also automatically removes black bars from the sides of the projected image when mirroring a smartphone display. The embedded battery is capable of up to four hours of projection time and can also be used as a power bank to charger mobile devices. It comes with several connectivity options including an HDMI port, a USB Type-A port for the WiFi dongle and charging, as well as an earphone jack. 

TUF Gaming VG30VQL1A

The new ASUS TUF Gaming VG30VQL1A gaming monitor is a 30-inch WFHD (2560 x 1080) 1500R wide curved monitor with a refresh rate of 200Hz and a response time of 1ms (MPRT). It also supports HDR10, 127% of the sRGB color space, the company’s Extreme Low Motion Blue (ELMB) technology, and AMD FreeSync Premium.

ASUS BE27ACSBK

Lastly, the ASUS BE27ACSBK is a 27-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) IPS monitor that has an integrated 2-megapixel Full HD (1920 x 1080) webcam and mic array, making it an ideal monitor for video conferencing and remote learning. The built-in webcam is capable of tilt (–10°, +10°) and swivel (–135°, +180°) adjustments to help keep the user in frame as well as Face Auto Exposure technology that automatically detects faces and optimizes the image for better quality for video conferencing. The BE27ACSBK’s dual microphones are equipped with the company’s AI Noise Canceling technology that helps eliminate background noise. The monitor also comes with several connectivity options including DisplayPort-over-USB-C with 80-watt power delivery, two DisplayPorts, an HDMI port, and a USB hub. It is also equipped with two 2-watt stereo speakers and a stand that has height, swivel, pivot, and tilt adjustments.
