AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE Gets Global Launch, Pricing Starts at USD 549

AMD has released its Radeon RX 7900 GRE graphics card to the rest of the world. The more affordable variant of the RX 7900 was previously only available in the Chinese but is now available globally with prices starting at USD 549 (~PHP 30,700).

Targeted at 1440p gaming, the Radeon RX 7900 GRE features 16GB of VRAM at a speed of 18Gbps and a 256-bit memory bus. It also features a game clock of 1800MHz, a boost clock of up to 2245 MHz, and a total board power of 260W. It’s equipped with a 80 compute units/ray accelerators, 160 AI accelerators, and a 64MB 2nd generation AMD Infinity Cache. It also comes with support for DisplayPort 2.1 for faster refresh rates at 4K.

The Radeon RX 7900 GRE also supports AMD’s HYPR-RX technology, AMD Fluid Motion Frames, AMD Radeon Super Resolution (RSR), AMD Radeon Boost, and AMD Anti-Lag.

The lower-specced but more affordable Radeon RX 7900 GRE is now available through AMD‘s board partners, including Acer, ASRock, ASUS, Gigabyte, PowerColor, Sapphire and XFX, with prices starting at USD 549 (~PHP 30,700).
