AcadArena has announced that it has partnered with popular 100 Thieves content creators Valkyrae and Fuslie for its latest scholarship program, the AcadArena Scholarships & Aid (ASA). The partnership will give five students an opportunity to be awarded full ride scholarships.
According to the company, the AcadArena Scholarships & Aid (ASA) aims to provide “educational assistance, financial grants, and gear aid (peripheral upgrades) to talented student gamers who are in need of a boost to pursue their academic & gaming goals.”
Valkyrae’s Homecoming Scholarship will grant three (3) awardees full ride scholarships (up to PHP 180,000 to each awardee) while two (2) female students will be awarded full ride scholarships (up to PHP 135,000) under Fuslie’s Scholarship for Women in Gaming.
Filipino Grade 12 to undergraduate college students enrolled in the Philippines are eligible to apply for either of the scholarships, with the application period running from April 4 to May 22, 2023. The awardees will be announced on May 26, 2023, with an awarding ceremony to be held on June 4, 2023, at CONQuest Festival 2023. The awardees will also get to meet Valkyrae and Fuslie at the event.
Additionally, AcadArena is also offering its CONQuest Scholarship, which is available for Grade 12 students to undergraduate college students enrolled in the Philippines. The CONQuest Scholarship will be granted to one (1) awardee, who will receive a PHP 100,000 grant. However, ten (10) random CONQuest Scholarship applicants will receive CONQuest Festival 2023 tickets (Friday pass).
The application period for the CONQuest Scholarship is open from February 21 to May 26, 2023. The ten winners of the CQ Festival 2023 tickets will be announced on April 30, 2023, while the scholarship awardee will be revealed on June 1, 2023.
