vivo has announced a price drop for its popular budget Y16 smartphone, lowering the SRP of the 4GB+64GB variant to only PHP 6,999. The new price tag better separates the more affordable variant of the Y16 from its 4GB+128GB variant, which is priced at PHP 8,999.
The vivo Y16 features an 8.19mm ultra slim body and a 6.51-inch Halo FullView Display. It’s also equipped with a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary lens. It’s powered by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 10W FastCharge. Some of the other features of the vivo Y16 include an Eye Protection Mode for its display and Multi-Turbo 5.5 for better performance for games.
The vivo Y16 is available in Drizzling Gold and Stellar Black color options and can be purchased through vivo’s official website, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok stores, as well as vivo kiosks and concept stores across the Philippines. The vivo Y16 is now priced at PHP 6,999 for the 4GB+64GB variant while the 4GB+128GB version costs PHP 8,999.
