Origin Code, a sub-brand of Biwin, has recently launched its new Vortex DDR5 RAM modules, the first to support an active triple-fan cooling system. Showcased at CES 2026, the Vortex DDR5 features a triple 4020 (40mm x 40mm x 20mm) dual-ball bearing fan module that can be attached to the DDR5 modules for improved cooling.
The fan module is capable of delivering an airflow of 22.5 CFM and features the company’s patented “ScaleCut Cooling Fin” structure, which allows the module to dissipate 39.8% more heat. The ScaleCut Cooling Fin features ultra-thin 0.75 mm double-beveled recesses that supposedly maximize surface area and optimize airflow dynamics.

The RAM modules themselves are built from high-grade aluminum alloy, that give them a mirror-like finish. They are available in several specifications, with timings as low as CL26 and speeds of up to 6200 MT/s:
- 6200 MT/s CL26 32 GB (16 GB x 2)
- 6000 MT/s CL26 (Dual EXPO Profiles, P2: 8000 MT/s CL36) 48 GB (24 GB x 2)
- 6000 MT/s CL26 192 GB (48 GB x 4)
- 6000 MT/s CL30 256 GB (64 GB x 4)
It’s unknown if and when the Origin Code Vortex DDR5 will be available in the Philippines.
