OPPO had a pretty big year in 2021, from launching new smartphones and accessories to unveiling and releasing innovative concepts and technologies. The company looks back at some of its most notable innovations from last year.
Reno6 Series
Apart from making 5G connectivity available for all its users, the OPPO Reno6 Series is dubbed as the AI Portrait Expert, the Reno6 Series boasts OPPO’s top-of-the-line AI-powered camera features, such as AI Bokeh Flare Portrait and AI Portrait Beautification, with a 64MP triple rear camera setup and a 32MP front camera to help users display their emotions in full definition photos and videos.
OPPO X 2021
The latest innovation from the global smart device brand, the rollable phone highlights the company’s leading position in flexible display and structural stacking technology. Built with a continuously variable OLED display, which provides more adjustable expansion when switching between larger and smaller screen configurations, the OPPO X 2021 is an infinitely adjustable and expandable screen which can be “unfolded” without leaving any creases or other visible signs
Find X3 Pro
The world’s first full-path billion color smartphone, the Find X3 Pro is equipped with two Billion Color flagship cameras inspired by DSLRs to capture rich every detail in images and videos. Its wide 6.7-inch screen is powered with OPPO’s full-path 10-bit Color Management System to give you breathtaking visuals in high definition.
MagVOOC Flash Charging Series
Adapting to the always-on-the-go user, OPPO launched its latest wireless charging and magnetic flash charging technologies, also known as the MagVOOC Series. The collection of charging gadgets include the MagVOOC Wireless Power Bank, the MagVOOC Ultra-Thin Flash Charger and the MagVOOC Wireless Flash Charging Stand, all designed to optimize charging times, while simultaneously helping users save battery life.
In-Car Connectivity
To keep up with the mobile lifestyle of OPPO users, the company also developed smart in-car gadget controls and connectivity, including a digital car key, which allows OPPO smartphone users to unlock their cars via Bluetooth; connectivity to OPPO Find X3 and OPPO Watch 2, which enables users to control air-conditioning remotely and find their car from a distance; and in-car flash charging, so you can charge your gadgets on the road.
The company also showcased some of its upcoming products and technologies at its OPPO INNO DAY 2021 conference including its upcoming flagship Find N foldable smartphone as well as its new 6nm imaging NPU and Air Glass wearable.
