Lenovo has launched its latest generation of Legion gaming laptops in the Philippines. The new 7th generation lineup, which includes the Legion 5i and 5i Pro, Legion 7i, Legion Slim 7i, Legion Tower 7i, as well as the IdeaPad Gaming 3i, are powered by 12th Gen Intel Core processors as well as NVIDIA GeForce RTX laptops GPUs.
Some of the features that Lenovo has incorporated in its new Gen 7 Legion laptops include DDR5 memory and PCIe Gen 4.0 SSD storage support, a top-placed camera bump with eShutter, its Legion Colfront 4.0 cooling, Legion TrueStrike keyboard, and Lenovo Vantage software.
Levono Legion 5i
The Lenovo Legion 5i is the lineup’s all-rounder entry and features a 15-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) 165Hz IPS display with Dolby Vision and 100% sRGB color accuracy, up to a 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H processor, up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (with 140 max TGP).
It also features an improved cooling system, an all-new metal chassis that’s both thinner and lighter, and either 4-zone RGB or white keyboard backlighting.
The new Lenovo Legion 5i is available in Storm Grey and has a starting price of PHP 89,995.
Lenovo Legion 5i Pro
The new Legion 5i Pro is the company’s first laptop with a 16-inch QHD+ (2960 x 1600) IPS 16:10 display with up to a 240Hz adaptive refresh rate display. The display also features a 100% sRGB color gamut and a 3ms response time. The new laptop is also equipped with a 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H processor, up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti (with a maximum TGP of 150W), 4800Mhz DDR5 RAM, and up to 1TB of PCIe SSD (Gen 4) storage.
The Legion 5i Pro now also features a thinner chassis with Lenovo’s new Legion Spectrum RGB lighting, as well as an updated cooling system, with new fans, a larger exhaust area, and an improved penta heat pipe layout, along with Legion’s Coldfront 4.0 design.
The new Lenovo Legion 5i Pro is available in Storm Grey and pricing starts at PHP 119,995.
Lenovo Legion 7i and Legion Slim 7i
For its high-end offering, Lenovo has decided to equip the new Legion 7i and Legion Slim 7i with the world’s first 16-inch WQHD+ Mini LED display on a gaming laptop. The new display panel also features a refresh rate of 165Hz.
The Legion 7i is powered by a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900Hz coupled with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti. It can also be equipped with up to 32GB of DDR5 memory, up to 2TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.
As for the Legion Slim 7i, it will come with a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900H, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, up to 24GB of DDR5 memory, and up to 1TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.
The Lenovo Legion 7i is available in Storm Grey and is available starting at PHP 179,995, while the Legion Slim 7i comes in Onyx Grey and starts at PHP 124,995.
Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3i
Apart from its lineup of new Legion gaming laptops, Lenovo has also launched its new IdeaPad Gaming 3i. The new laptop offers a more affordable option for those with smaller budgets. The new IdeaPad Gaming 3i comes in a 15.6-inch as well as a new 16-inch variant, both of which feature 165Hz refresh rate display panels.
Powering the new IdeaPad Gaming 3i is either a 12th Gen Intel Core i7 or i7 H-series processor coupled with either an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 or RTX 3050 Ti.
Pricing for the IdeaPad Gaming 3i starts at PHP 69,996.
Lenovo Legion Tower 7i
Additionally, Lenovo also launched its new Legion Tower 7i, for those looking for a prebuilt desktop for gaming. It comes with a 12th Gen Intel core i9-12900K CPU paired with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti LHR GPU, 32GB of DDR5 memory, and up to 2TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.
Pricing for the new Lenovo Legion Tower 7i starts at PHP 159,995.
