HyperX has officially announced the availability of its latest Alloy FPS RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard as well as its all new Cloud Earbuds in the Philippines. The new Alloy FPS RGB features new Kailh Silver Speed mechanical switches while the Cloud Earbuds have been specifically designed for Nintendo Switch players.
Alloy FPS RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard
The Alloy FPS RGB replaces the Cherry MX switches found in the original with new Kailh Silver Speed switches, which have a linear design, a travel distance of 3.5mm, an actuation distance of 1.3mm, and an actuation force of 40 grams. The keys are also rated for 70 million key presses. The keyboard itself features a compact design with a solid steel frame. It also comes with a USB charging port and a detachable braided USB cable. Other features include a Game Mode, 100% anti-ghosting, and N-Key rollover.
The new keyboard also features per key RGB lighting with five brightness levels. Users will be able to customize both the lighting and macros of the Alloy FPS RGB via HyperX’s NGenuity software but will also be available to save up to three profiles on the keyboard’s on-board memory.
Cloud Earbuds
The all-new Cloud Earbuds are HyperX’s new earbuds specifically designed with the Nintendo Switch in mind. It features dynamic 14mm neodymuim magnet drivers with a frequency response of 20Hz to 20,000Hz and an impedance of 65 Ohms. It also features a 1.2m tangle-free cable and a 4-pole 90-degree angled plug. The omni-directional electret condenser in-line microphone has a frequency response of 100Hz to 6,300Hz and a senstivity of -4dBV. The in-line mic dongle also features a multi-function button. Lastly, the Cloud Earbuds come with three different ear tip sizes and a carrying pouch.
The Alloy FPS RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard will be priced at PHP 6,499 while the Cloud Earbuds are PHP 2,999. They will be available via Shopee, Lazada, Datablitz, Game One, and JW Summit. They are both backed by the company’s two-year limited warranty and support.
