Garena Delta Force Announces Season Echo and Tomb Raider Collaboration

Garena Delta Force has announced its next major update, dubbed Season Echo, which launches on April 21, 2026. Alongside the update, a collaboration with Tomb Raider will be launched on April 30, 2026, which will bring the iconic character Lara Croft into the game.

Season Echo

Garena Delta Force‘s Season Echo will introduce a reworked Zero Dam map, a brand-new Akh Canal Warfare map, and several expanded Operations sandbox features, such as parkour challenges and interactive loot zones. The update is also adding a new Recon Operator named Morse as well as fresh weapons such as the AR57 and M82 sniper rifle.

Here’s a more detailed overview of what players can expect when Season Echo launches on the 21st:

Zero Dam Map Update

Headlining Season Echo is the Zero Dam map update, featuring a reworked elevator extraction point designed to reduce camping and encourage more dynamic engagements. New flanking routes, reduced defensive cover, swimming mechanics, waterside foliage, and environmental cues — such as birds reacting to hidden players — create a more balanced and immersive experience.

Operations Mode Enhancements

Operations gameplay will be expanded with new sandbox-style features, including:

  • Parkour Challenges: Competitive traversal experiences with leaderboards and operator-specific advantages
  • Treasure Mounds: Interactive loot zones where players can uncover rewards, stash items, or leave messages for others
  • Collection Room Updates: Weapon display racks and new collectible items, including a customizable soccer ball earned through gameplay achievements

Warfare Mode Updates

On the Warfare side, the new season introduces Akh Canal, the 12th Warfare map, designed for faster-paced combat within a larger playspace in response to community demand. Featuring a mix of open trenches, indoor spaces, and a central cargo ship chokepoint, the map supports varied tactical engagements across Attack and Defend and King of the Hill modes. A standout feature of Akh Canal is its dynamic environment — players can trigger a precision strike that transforms key areas of the map, shifting combat into close-quarters and allowing teams to strategically reshape the battlefield in real time.

Warfare mode also sees a suite of vehicle and gameplay updates, including:

  • Enhanced Vehicles: IFVs gain guided missiles, while AAVs receive a new Counter-fire Radar passive that highlights attacking enemies
  • Thermal Imaging Weaponry: Added to multiple vehicle types for improved target acquisition
  • Mobile Enhancements: Aim assist for vehicle weapons and a new third-person driving perspective
  • Team Deathmatch Overload Points (OP): Earn buffs such as health regeneration, faster reload, and enemy detection through combat performance

New Operator, Weapons, and Quality-of-life Improvements

Season Echo brings even more tactical variety with the debut of a new Operator and two major weapon additions.

New Operator Luke Everly, code name Morse, is a Recon specialist who excels at battlefield control. Using detection and disruption tools, he can unsettle opponents, gather intel, and create opportunities for his team. Whether setting up a push or denying enemy momentum, Morse adds a new layer of pressure to combat across multiple modes.

Season Echo will launch the AR57 and the M82 sniper rifle: the AR57 offers high-capacity firepower suited for sustained engagements and aggressive frontline action, while the M82 delivers devastating long-range impact with armor-penetrating heavy-caliber rounds.
