Corsair has officially launched its new HS80 RGB WIRELESS, the latest iteration of its popular HS-series wireless gaming headset. The HS80 RGB features a brand-new design that sports a similar earcup shape to the company’s Void Elite headset as well as a new suspension-type headband and memory foam ear pads.
Corsair has equipped the HS80 RGB WIRELESS with the company’s SLIPSTREAM WIRELESS technology that enables it to connect to the same USB dongle as two other compatible devices such as a wireless keyboard and mouse.
The new headset can also be connected to PS5 or PS4 consoles using the included USB wireless adapter, which is fully compatible with the PS5’s Tempest 3D AudioTech. Users can also connect the HS80 via USB to enable 24-bit/96kHz audio for higher quality audio.
The HS80 RGB WIRELESS is capable of 20 hours of wireless battery life and is powered by Dolby Atmos technology on PC for spatial audio. It is also equipped with a omni-directional microphone that can be flipped up to mute it when not in use.
The Corsair HS80 RGB WIRELESS is now available at an SRP of USD 149.99 (~PHP 7,500) through the company’s network of authorized retailers and distributors.
