Call of Duty: Mobile and Garena are celebrating the game’s 6th anniversary and the launch of its 11th season this month with a massive in-game update as well as in-game and on-ground events happening across the month. The highlights of the Call of Duty: Mobile’s latest update are the new DMZ: Recon extraction mode, new Battle Pass rewards, the Street Fighter 6 collaboration, and more.
The new DMZ: Recon game mode is a PvPvE extraction-based mode featuring squads of three players that drop into one of two maps and try to gather loot and extract whilst fending off other squads and NPC enemies.
The Street Fighter 6 collaboration will feature limited-time multiplayer and battle royale modes that will give players access to iconic Street Fighter attacks such as the Hadoken and Shoryuken.
The new 6th anniversary battle pass will give players a chance to unlock rewards such as the SO-14 Marksman Rifle and Wheelson Scorestreak, as well as new Operator Skins, Weapons Blueprints, and more.
Lastly, several community events are scheduled across the month of December, including the Community Gladiators tournament (Finals livestream on Dec. 22), the GIFTFIRE KOL livestream on Dec. 27, and the CODM Tayo 6th Anniversary event at Quantum Gateway Mall 2 on Dec. 27 and 28, 2025. - Community Gladiators – December 19-22
- The annual flagship community tournament is back, featuring competition across both Battle Royale and Multiplayer modes. Over 900 players have joined the fight — tune in to the Finals live on our official Facebook pages.
- GIFT FIRE Livestream – December 27
- Get ready for an action-packed day as 11 community-favourite KOLs go head-to-head in a special livestream event — the grand finale of a four-episode short film series. The series will dive into the clashes and camaraderie between different player archetypes, culminating in a powerful message of community unity. Players will not want to miss the exclusive festive rewards distributed throughout the stream, making it the perfect year-end celebration for every Call of Duty: Mobile – Garena fan.
- CODM Tayo: 6th Anniversary at Quantum Gateway Mall 2 – December 27-28
- An upscaled version of our monthly community gathering in the Philippines, this event invites players to celebrate the 6th Anniversary and receive exclusive festive rewards. The activation will feature CODM KOLs, prominent clans, cosplayers, and hands-on stations for the newly introduced DMZ mode. Fans can also explore activity booths and stand to win skins and CPs, alongside creator showcases and matches on the main stage.
