Red Dead Redemption 2 Gameplay Video Part 2 Released

Rockstar Games has released the second part of their gameplay video series for Red Dead Redemption 2. While the first video gave us a glimpse of the sequels story and settings as well as some of the new features it’s introducing to the franchise, the second video gives us a better look at some of the things Arthur Morgan and the rest of the Van Der Linde gang can get into, such as train robberies, bank heists, holding up carriages and stores, encountering rival gangs and outlaws, and more.

The video also shows off a bit more of the improved Dead Eye system. Apart from slowing time and marking targets, the Dead Eye system in Red Dead Redemption 2 will eventually allow you to seen an enemy’s critical or fatal points, which could prove useful for certain situations such as boss fights. We also got to see some of things players can do as Arthur Morgan, including choosing what to wear, bathing, shaving, fishing, playing mini-games, dueling, and more.

Lastly, the video also shows off the game’s first-person mode and cinematic mode. The former adds another level of immersion for players of Red Dead Redemption 2. But it also opens the question of how well Rockstar has implement the controls of the game for the new mode. The latter, on the other hand, allows players to take in the game’s visuals in a better way, perfect for taking the best screenshots of the game.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is slated for release on October 26, 2018, for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. You can check out the latest gameplay video for Red Dead Redemption 2 above.
