After 14 months in PC Early Access and nine months under the Xbox Game Preview program, open-world survival game Conan Exiles is finally making its full debut and officially releasing this month on May 8, 2018. The launch will coincide with a major update for the game which will include a ton of new content and features. The game will also finally be making its way to the PlayStation 4 with the full release.
“Conan Exiles is a survival game combining brutal combat, powerful building systems, and intense player vs. player warfare, all set in a vast and open sandbox. But it’s certainly not an empty sandbox and we’ve gone to great lengths to give the world a sense of place and history. Players will come upon points of interest as they explore the world, characters they can interact with, and they can delve into dungeons and uncover the secrets of ancient civilizations. Conan Exiles is definitely about surviving and building your own world, but it’s also about discovering the world that we have crafted,” says Funcom Creative Director Joel Bylos.
With the announcement of the full release, Funcom has released a new gameplay trailer to introduce players to the vast and savage world of Conan Exiles.
Conan Exiles will be available on May 8, 2018, on the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
